Within the 5th IIPE’s International Law Session the lecturer was Zoran Oklopčić, Associate Professor at the Department of Law and Legal Studies at Carlton University in Ottawa.
His lecture entitled “On the state and posture – Materiality of a state and the existential character of the analytical categories” presented the deliberations on the fundamental issues of the state’s bearing and status in the international relations.
