Institute of International Politics and Economics organised the third humanitarian action of collecting clothes for a children shelter “Svratište za decu ulice” in Belgrade, as a part of the celebration of the Institute`s anniversary. The action was aimed at reducing the negative consequences that children without parental care suffer, due to way of life and poor living conditions they are exposed to.
The action included the donation of clothes and footwear for children aged 4–15. Collected items were given to Svratište in a strict compliance with all proposed measures of the Government of the Republic of Serbia for the suppression of the COVID-19 pandemic. Dr Nevena Stanković, as an IIPE representative, coordinated the action and handed over the donation.
