The fourth round of the IIPEʼs Winter School of International Relations was opened at the Conference Room by Dr. Srđan Korać, Deputy Director for Research, and Dr. Vladimir Trapara, Coordinator of the Winter School. This yearʼs Winter School is entitled “Continuity and Change of the World Order in the 21st Century” and lasts until 19 April. The Winter School will be concluded by the final workshop “Place of Europe in the World Order” as well as awarding ceremony. The final workshop is traditionally organised in cooperation with one of IIPEs long-standing partners – Hanns Seidel Foundation. The Winter Schoolʼs participants are undergraduate students, as well as MA and PhD students of International Relations, International Law, and Security Studies. Lecturers are distinguished experts in the field of international relations and security. In addition to 20 lectures and simulations, participants attend the Instituteʼs events – international conferences, round tables, and Ambassadorial Forum.
