The Head of the Center for Eurasian Studies, Dr. Dušan Proroković, participated in a conference in Minsk dedicated to electoral security issues, organized by the Belarusian Institute for Strategic Studies.
Dr. Dušan Proroković spoke as one of the opening speakers on the topic of de-sovereignization of modern states and the meaninglessness of elections. In the context of further development of the concept of electoral security, continued cooperation with a partner institute from Belarus has been agreed.
