At the invitation of the Egyptian Council for Foreign Affairs, a delegation of the Institute of International Politics and Economics and the Faculty of Security Studies visited Cairo.
During their staying in Cairo, Professor Branislav Đorđević, Director of the Institute, Dr. Ivona Lađevac, Deputy Director, Professor Vladimir Cvetković, Dean of the Faculty of Security and Professor Zoran Jeftić, spoke at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Arab Republic of Egypt with the Assistant Minister of Foreign Affairs for Europe, H.E. Khalid Emara, at the Egyptian Council for Foreign Affairs with Ambassador Mohammad Al-Orabi, President of the Council, Ambassador Ezzat Saad, Executive Director of the Council and their close associates. The topics of discussion were current issues in international relations, as well as opportunities for improving bilateral cooperation between Serbia and Egypt.
The delegation also met with the ambassador of the Republic of Serbia, H.E. Miroslav Šestović.
