At the Faculty of Philosophy of the University of “St. Cyril and Methodius” in Skopje (North Macedonia), the Global Changes Center has started its work. Dr. Ivona Lađevac and Dr. Dušan Proroković, who attended the constitutive session, will participate in its further functioning and development as members of the International Board. Among the members of the International Board are Jeffrey Sachs, Richard Sakwa, Richard Faulk, Jan Oberg, etc. The work of the Center will be managed by Prof. Biljana Vankovska.
