Dr. Nevena Šekarić Stojanović, IIPE’s Research Fellow, participated at the Budapest Balkans Forum round table “Energy Security and Diversification in the Shadow of the New Geopolitical Context”. Within the expert panel Nevena presented her views on energy security and geopolitical context of the Western Balkans and on energy poverty as well.

The round table was held in Belgrade and was organised by the Hungarian Institute of International Affairs – HIIA (Magyar Külügyi Intézet) as a part of the Budapest Balkans Forum on Tour event series. The round table has gathered representatives of embassies, government, and academy.

The Budapest Balkans Forum (BBF) is the flagship event of the HIIA and one of the largest thematic conferences in Central and Southeast Europe. The Budapest Balkans Forum on Tour (BBF on Tour) is an extension of the BBF, launched as event series that will bring expert-level discussions to the Western Balkans capital cities.
