H.E. Dr. Leyde Ernest Rodríguez Hernánadez, ambassador of Cuba to the Republic of Serbia, and Director of the Institute, Prof. Branislav Đorđević, signed a Memorandum of Cooperation between IIPE and the Higher Institute of International Relations of Cuba ” Raúl Roa García”.
The expectation of the leadership of the two scientific institutions is that the Memorandum will contribute to the establishment of intensive cooperation, which will include greater scientific exchange and the implementation of joint projects.
