A delegation of the Committee for Ethnic and Religious Affairs of the National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference, led by Mr. Yang Xiaobo, visited the Institute of International Politics and Economics.
Researchers from the Regional Centre “Belt and Road” and the Institute’s volunteer, Ksenija Stanković, participated in the meeting. Dr. Katarina Zakić, the head of the Centre, introduced the members of the delegation to the history and work of the Institute of International Politics and Economics. Mr. Yang Xiaobo presented the work of the Committee for Ethnic and Religious Affairs. Researchers from the institute and delegation members discussed the current relations between the Republic of Serbia and the People’s Republic of China.
Members of the delegation visited the Regional Centre “Belt and Road” and learned more about its work, particularly regarding the successfully held international academic conference “Dialogues on China”.
