Marina Radovanović, MA, Research Assistant at the Institute of International Politics and Economics, participated in the national scientific conference “Seventy-five Years of the Geneva Conventions for the Protection of Victims of Armed Conflicts”, held on October 4-5 at the University of Belgrade – Faculty of Political Science. Presenting on the topic “Strengthening the Protective Role of International Law: The Humanitarian Character of the Principle of non-refoulement”, she contributed to a thematic panel that addressed the intersection of international humanitarian law with other branches of public international law.

The conference, organized in honor of International Humanitarian Law Day, gathered participants from academia, the public sector, and representatives of international organizations.
