Delegation from the China Institutes of Contemporary International Relations (CICIR) visited the Institute of International Politics and Economics. The five-member delegation was led by Dr. Zhang Jian, CICIR’s Vice President.
The delegation was hosted by researchers from the Belt and Road Studies Center, Dr. Katarina Zakić and Dr. Nenad Stekić. Dr. Zakić first introduced the guests to the history and scientific activities of the IIPE. This was followed by discussions on the modalities of potential scientific cooperation between the two sides, as well as on contemporary Serbian-Chinese relations and the political and economic challenges for the Belt and Road Initiative.
