Mile Obrenović, MA, and Aleksandra Kastratović, MA, research assistants at the Institute of International Politics and Economics, conducted introductory lectures based on their doctoral research topics.
Colleague Obrenović analysed the defence policy of the Federal Republic of Germany in the context of Chancellor Olaf Scholz’s “Zeitenwende” speech from February 2022, emphasizing the significance of discursive analysis in understanding changes in Germany’s strategic culture to date.
On the other hand, colleague Kastratović provided an overview of the legal nature, various roles, and application of the principles of international environmental law at the national level. She highlighted the importance of constitutional norming of these principles and discussed the legal framework in the Republic of Serbia.
