Dr. Vladimir Trapara, Head of the Center for Euro-Atlantic Studies, within his one-week visit to the IIPE partners from the Austin Peay State University in Clarksville (USA), delivered a lecture by invitation for students and faculty of the university, as well as the guests, titled “From Knowing the Enemy to Becoming Friends: Russia’s Foreign Policy and its Place in International Relations”.
Dr. Trapara shall remain in Clarksville until April 19, being engaged in numerous activities under the framework of a formalized cooperation between the IIPE and the APSU.
