On the occasion of the International Day of Women and Girls in Science (February 11), a workshop “Woman in Science in the XXI Century” was held at the Institute for Political Studies.
The workshop brought together representatives from 13 faculties and institutes in various fields of science and art, as well as representatives of the Ministry of Science, Technological Development and Innovation, led by Dr. Marina Soković, Assistant Minister. Dr. Marina Kostić Šulejić and Marina Radovanović, MA, from the Institute of International Politics and Economics, took part in this event.
Dr. Marina Kostić Šulejić contributed to the panel on doctoral studies, professional development, and scholarships, while Marina Radovanović, MA, participated in the panel on career development at scientific institutes and faculties. In the final part of the workshop, the floor was opened for a broader discussion on the positions and challenges affecting women in science.
