The Institute became a full member of the World Association for China Studies

The Institute of International Politics and Economics has become a full member of the newly formed World Association for China Studies (WACS). The goals of the association are the promotion of academic exchange and cooperation in the field of Chinese studies, the improvement of cultural dialogue between China and the rest of the world, and the promotion of the common development of mankind.

The World Association for Chinese Studies is headquartered in Beijing and is under the auspices of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences – CASS.
