Dr Veljko Blagojević, Senior research fellow at the IIPE, held introductory lecture entitled “Strategic culture and National Security”.
Blagojević presented essentials of the concept of the strategic culture and its significance for the study of international relations and national security. In particular, he pointed at the necessity of applying the strategic culture concepts as complementary to the theory of power, by which one is able to eliminate shortcomings of the theory of rational choice.
