Prof. Dr. Beatriz Bissio, professor at the Department of Political Sciences of the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro and one of the founders of the Global University for Sustainability, gave a lecture on Friday, June 23, 2023, on the topic of Political changes in Brazil after the presidential elections and the consequences for regional relations in South America to researchers of the Institute.
Professor Bissio pointed to the great changes taking place both in Brazil and in other countries important for regional security in that part of the world, but also emphasized that the latest developments in international relations undoubtedly indicate that they are becoming multipolar.
