Dr. Nevena Šekarić Stojanović, Dr. Nenad Stekić, Dr. Mitko Arnaudov, and M.A. Jovana Blešić participated at the 5th International Academic Conference on Human Security „Innovation, Research, and Knowledge in the (re)configuration of Human Security“, organized by the Faculty of Security Studies, University of Belgrade, and Institute of International Politics and Economics.
Nevena Šekarić Stojanović analysed the phenomenon of energy poverty in the European Union, while Nenad Stekić presented his views on human security with Chinese characteristics. Mitko Arnaudov tackled status of human security in the North Macedonia in the context of its NATO membership, whilst Jovana Blešić introduced the significance of the Global Health for Peace Initiative.
Two-day conference gathered 55 participants from 26 countries who presented their papers within 9 panels.
