Dr. Uroš Ćemalović, Research Fellow of the Institute of European Studies, gave а lecture „Strategic Compass of the EU for Security and Defence – Old Dilemmas and New Challenges”.
Within a lecture, Dr. Ćemalović referred to the legal basis and nature of the act, four proclaimed directions in the field of the EU’s Security and Defense policy, based on the analysis of security threats from 2020. In the concluding remarks, the lecturer presented some of the elements for the evaluation of this important strategic document.
