Institute of International Politics and Economics organised a lecture of Prof. Petar Stanojević from the Faculty of Security Studies, University of Belgrade, named „Current European energy moment and possible future expectations“.
Professor Stanojević has presented a-state-of-the-art of the world’s energy situation and some future trends related to key energy sources. He then tackled the world policy in the field of green energy and mapped characteristics and consequences of the energy transition in different regions and countries. Referring to the politics-ideology nexus and to the European Union’s energy sector, Prof. Stanojević concluded lecture by presenting some predictions regarding to the potential energy crisis in the future and to dynamics of achieving green energy goals.
The lecture was followed by discussion and questions of the listeners.
