Vanja Pavićević, an IIPE`s Research Assistant and a PhD Candidate at the Faculty of Law, University of Belgrade, attended the Hague Academy of International Law during July. World leading experts of International Law (judges, lawyers, legal counselors) dealt with the following topics: Immunities of State Officials, Investor-State Arbitration, The Argument of Self-Defense, Biodiversity and Climate change etc, while the special attention was given to the International Cultural Heritage Law and the The Art of International Law. As a part of the Academy`s programme of enhancing skills in methodology and writing, Vanja presented her doctoral project in the doctoral studies workshop. The Academy also organised a visit to the International Court of Justice, during the reading of a Judgment, as well as several visits to the chosen diplomatic missions.
