Dr. Mihajlo Vučić, IIPE research fellow, participated at the 29th World Congress of the International Association for Philosophy of Law and Social Philosophy (IVR). The Congress was held from 7–13 July 2019 at the University of Lucerne, Switzerland under the title Dignity, Democracy, Diversity. Besides work in plenary sessions, Mihajlo participated at the special workshop – “(Un)Changing Ideas of Equality and Liberty and their Contemporary Legal Meaning”, where Mihajlo presented a paper on the topic “Access to Water in the Context of the International Watercourse – A Theory of the Community of Interest”. The paper has just been published in the newest edition of the Annals of the Faculty of Law in Belgrade journal and will also be published in a special collection of articles from the congress.
