Institute of International Politics and Economics organised the workshop “Europeʼs Position in the World Order” as the closing event for the 2019 Winter School of International Relations titled “Continuity and Change of World Order in the 21sz Century”. The workshop was supported by the Office of the Hanns Seidel Foundation for Serbia and Montenegro. In four panel discussions, students of the Winter School explained how they perceive the place of Europe in world order from civilizational point of view, strenght of Europe, as well as the European Union, in relation to the current state of unity and divisions inside them, the very nature of the EU power, as well as the position of Serbia, as European state, in the European and world order. Discussion was stimulated by the commentators from the Institute. The workshop was opened by Dr. Srđan Korać, IIPE Deputy Director, and Mrs. Dagmar Konstantinović, Deputy Director of the Office of the Hanns Seidel Foundation for Serbia and Montenegro. During closing ceremony, Dr. Vladimir Trapara, Coordinator of the IIPE Winter School, and Prof. Branislav Đorđević, IIPE Director, awarded certificates to the students who successfully completed the 2019 IIPE Winter School of International Relations.
