CONFERENCE: Harmonisation of Legislation of the Republic of Serbia with European Union Law

held the International Scientific Conference
“Harmonisation of Legislation of the Republic of Serbia with European Union Law”
The conference was opened by Prof. Žarko Obradović, Minister, Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Serbia.
The conference was also greeted by
Mr. Miloš Todorović, the Representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia,
Head of the Directorate for EU Sectoral Affairs, Directorate General for the European Union.
Radivoje Mitrović, Prof. Ph.D., State Secretary, of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Serbia
Duško Dimitrijević, Ph.D., Director of Institute of International Politics and Economics,
Jovan Ćirić, Ph.D., Director of Institute of Comparative Law, and
Vidica Drakulić, Hanns Seidel Foundation representative assistant.
The two-day activities that were participated by over fifty eminent experts in the domestic and EU laws proceeded in the following panels:
Political and Constitutional Frameworks of European Integrations
Harmonisation in the Field of Freedom of Movement of Capital, Goods, Services and People.
Harmonisation in the Field of Protection of Human Rights
By organising the conference Institute of International Politics and Economics and Institute of Comparative Law,
with the logistic support of the Hanns Seidel Foundation
will provide an appropriate research and documentation basis necessary for the achievement of priorities of the foreign policy of the state.
Conference took place at 10:00 AM at IIPE, conference hall, Makedonska 25, 1st floor.
